Covenant Teen charges an amount per teen and the meals are paid by the parish but is there an additional cost for Covenant Teen to come to our parish?
No additional cost, but any donation would be great to keep up with wear and tare of equipment. 

The registration form says the cost includes the food costs.  We know we are responsible for getting food to the site, but is any of that registration money used for the purchase of the food?
No, the registration money is not for food purposes.  We work on a zero balance. Any monies at the end of the year go towards scholarhsips for youth. In agreement with Covenant Teen, the parish can charge extra to help with meals.
 
How many people are going to be here from the retreat team?  (food purposes)
The team usually consists of about 6 - 9 Young Adults and a married couple.  If the group is larger than 75 teens, sometimes we add a few more. We will let the host parish know one week prior to the retreat.

Do we need to find a place for the team to sleep on Friday night?
That would be nice, but if you cannot, we will find a place.  Just let us know. We usually like to keep the males and females separately.

Do we need to keep the registration forms from the parishes, or should we get them to you somehow?
We take them up at the retreat, but we do need the group registration form at least 8 days in advance.  The host parish can register teens at the door if they so desire since they have to organize the meals.

Will you have shirts available for purchase by sponsors?  If so, how much will they be?
Yes, we do have shirts for sale at $10.00 each.

What are the age groups in which you can attend he retreat?
usually it is from 7th grade through 12th grade unless it is specify on the registration form.

Are these retreats brought to the church or would we be responsible for developing the retreat?
The retreats are developed, organized, and executed by CTYA.
