Responsibilities for the Host Parish |
|
|
Provide lunch for all participants |
Provide Supper for all participants |
Your Parish Group Registration Form and Liability Forms for adults and teens |
Retreat chaperones for your parish ONLY - One adult for every 7 teens |
OPTIONAL - Snacks - during retreat's break time |
OPTIONAL - meal for CTYA retreat team during set-up - usually on Friday night |
OPTIONAL - IF NEEDED - Host homes for overnight lodging (CTYA retreat team
- Friday and/or Saturday)

While the retreat team is in your parish, you are responsible for having someone with the keys to the
building in order to set-up in the different areas of the parish grounds according to the schedule. (Note: Friday night set-up
sometime last to midnight)
A schedule of the retreat will be sent out a week prior to the retreat.

Host Leader:
1. Flyers will
be sent out one month prior to the retreat to surrounding parishes.
2. Have all forms ready to turn in at the retreat.
3. Minimum retreatants required. (depending on host site; usually 15 paid participants) CTYA has the right to cancel a retreat
if the minimum is not met.
