Responsibilities for the Host Parish |
|
|
Provide lunch for all participants |
Provide Supper for all participants |
Your Parish Group Registration Form and Liability Forms for adults and teens |
Retreat chaperones for your parish ONLY - One adult for every 7 teens |
|
|
OPTIONAL - meal for retreat team during set-up - usually on Friday night |
OPTIONAL - IF NEEDED - Host homes for overnight lodging |
While the retreat team is in your parish, you are responsible for having someone with the keys to the
building in order to set-up in the different areas of the parish grounds according to the schedule. A schedule of the retreat
will be sent out a week prior to the retreat.

Host Leader:
1. Flyers will
be sent out one month prior to the retreat to surrounding parishes.
2. Have all forms ready to turn in at the retreat.
3. A small stipend will be refunded to the host parish at the end of the year --- June or July (depending
on our end of the year budget)
4. Minimum retreatants required. (depending on host site)
